Maintainance & Reburbishment

Following the initial installation (as per the agreement on the interior landscaping contract) the following actions will take place:

  1. Continuous assessment of all existing displays.
  2. Refurbishment as necessitated

Maintenance conducted quarterly which entails the following

Fresh Displays

  1. Inspection of soil moisture levels and replenishment as necessitated.
  2. Trimming & training of foliage as necessitated to retain an attractive shape.
  3. Removal of dead or decaying foliage/flowers.
  4. Removal of debris from surface of growing medium.
  5. Inspection for soil & foliar insect pests & diseases, & treatment as necessitated.
  6. Replacement of plants where failures have occurred for no apparent reason.
  7. Feeding of plants as necessitated.
  8. Insertion of new potting compost as necessitated.
  9. Cleaning of plants, as necessitated, to ensure they remain relatively dust free.
  10. Cleaning of containers as required.

Artificial Displays

  1. Cleaning of foliage as necessitated to ensure it remains free from dust.
  2. Re-arrangement of foliage as necessitated to ensure it remains attractive to the eye.
  3. Re-wiring of any dislodged foliage.
  4. Replacement of plants which no longer prove to be attractive or effective.
  5. Cleaning of containers as required.

ON COMPLETION OF ALL SERVICES, YOU OR YOUR NOMINATED MEMBER OF YOUR MANAGEMENT MUST SIGN SERVICE REPORT TO ENSURE STANDARD OF SERVICE MEETS YOUR EXPECTATION.
